What You Will be Doing:
- Determine the launch product. The technology we have developed addresses multiple potential use cases. You will be responsible for evaluating these ideas or developing additional ideas yourself, and selecting a specific product direction to go to market.
- Build initial prototype and carry out validation. Working potentially with internal engineers and AI talents as well as design contractors, you will be responsible for developing an initial design of the product and collecting user feedback to validate the core business thesis.
- Build business case. Including initial financial models, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, estimate of margin, competitive analysis, etc. As part of this, we expect you to validate (or falsify) user demand and willingness to pay, and also develop the initial GTM.

What You Will be Doing:
- Finance. You’ll serve as the accounting manager to oversee the outsourced accounting service vendors for payroll, accounting & treasury functions of the Colombia office. You will need to effectively coordinate the delivery of all accounting and financial reports, make timely payments to vendors, review local and federal taxes, and report all financial matters to our US headquarters on a periodic basis. You will also manage the corporate bank account, and monitor costs savings.
- Human Resources. You’ll be responsible for managing all required HR processes for the team, including: Employee Onboarding and documentation, payroll review, social security, amongst others. You will also work alongside the health & security management system to keep office adherence aligned with labor risk policies.
- Legal. You will be responsible to manage the relationship and communication with the legal counsel.
