Maria specializes in end-to-end technical recruitment for early-stage startups in AI Fund’s ecosystem. As a strategic partner to the hiring managers and executives, she supports portfolio companies in identifying and hiring top-level candidates who become key players on their teams.
With a background in business administration, Maria understands the end-to-end recruitment process from a holistic business perspective, making sure to align her recruitment strategies with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. For her, another one of the main drivers for a successful hiring and onboarding process is candidate experience.
