An experienced recruiter on the Talentiz recruiting team based in Europe, Sofia works with early stage startups to rapidly build their technical teams with top tier engineers and data scientists from across Europe, North and South America.

Outside of recruiting, Sofia enjoys singing and is known for powerful renditions of everything from opera to pop to heavy metal. She also enjoys discovering new restaurants in the vibrant food scene in Northern Spain.
She holds a master’s degree in graphic design from IED Barcelona and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from CES University.
