Seeing millions struggle with career direction — and only 30% of workers feeling engaged in their jobs — inspired Yves Lermusiaux to create WoPa. WoPa is an AI companion that helps people discover meaningful work paths and unlock their work passion.
Drawing from his own experience feeling lost both as a physics student and later on after selling his company, Lermusiaux built WoPa to help people navigate career transitions and find their passion in an increasingly automated world where traditional job search tools aren’t addressing deeper questions of purpose and fulfillment.

Before founding WoPa in AI Fund’s studio, Yves founded Checkster (acquired by private equity) and served as Chief Futurist at Harver. He was a member of the executive team at Taleo since its inception (acquired by Oracle for $1.9B) and previously co-founded iLogos Research (acquired).
