TalkTime is building an AI powered customer contact software that drives efficiency of contact operations, delighting customers and boosting margin by giving high-quality responses faster. We are looking for an entrepreneurial product manager to join us. In this role, you will help drive the end-to-end discovery, design and delivery of TalkTime’s primary product offerings. You will work closely with clients and the TalkTime team to quickly execute and iterate on the product vision and the path to product market fit. You will play an integral role in building the ultimate product, and scoping out the future roadmap.

Here’s what you will do:

  • Be a founding member of the startup team
  • Lead the ideation, prototyping, and market validation of TalkTime’s AI software, including in-depth understanding of customer needs and pain points
  • Work closely with engineering teams on technical development and deployment of high-quality proof of concept projects
  • Develop an aggressive product roadmap that supports TalkTime’s vision of using AI to shake up the customer contact industry
  • Define and analyze metrics/KPIs that inform the success of products
  • Work closely with the AIFund team to build the strategy and direction of the product Contribute to go-to-market, sales, and growth strategy

Here’s the background we’d like you to have:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of product management experience with ownership of at least two shipped products
  • Experience working with B2B software design and development teams
  • Technical fluency; knowledge of foundational concepts of machine learning, including at least a basic understanding of the technology’s strengths and limitation
  • Exposure to NLP problems and applications
  • Familiarity with the Agile software development process and commonly used engineering best practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly software applications and customer-facing features
  • Entrepreneurial grit- this person should be able to roll up their sleeves and be willing to be scrappy in order to carry out their plans under time and resource constraints. They should have a bias to action.

MLSchool is building a Machine Learning educational program to provide effective and practical educational resources for future Machine Learning talent.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial program manager to join us. In this role, you will help drive the end-to-end discovery, design, and execution of the Machine Learning training program. You will work closely with the MLSchool team to quickly iterate on the design, implement the pilot programs, and develop core business partnerships. You will play an integral role in building and scaling the program.

Here’s what you will do:

  • Be part of a dynamic, fast growing team as a founding employee
  • Lead the ideation, user interviews, and market validation of MLSchool’s training program, including in-depth understanding of needs and pain points of both students and employers

In this role, you will be responsible for building AI/Machine Learning/Deep Learning applications with our partners. We expect you have strong programming skills and interest in machine learning. You should also have a strong growth mindset and a strong work ethic.
 
This position has multiple openings.

Here’s what you will do:

  • Learn to develop and refine machine learning solutions for real world large scale problems
  • Collect data, perform data preprocessing, define performance measures based on development and test sets
  • Work iteratively with our partners to build deep learning models, and optimize/customize them to new applications
  • Develop production-ready software with fast and efficient algorithms

Here’s the background we’d like you to have:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field, with passion or interest in machine learning related work
  • Ability to fluently speak and write in English
  • Strong computer science fundamentals. Debugging skills and knowledge of algorithms are both important. You should be able to dig into and understand significant code bases and produce well-designed software. You should be able to study and understand new libraries and frameworks and integrate them into your work
  • Strong coding ability. While theoretical knowledge of algorithms is appreciated, it is also important that you’re able to write clean, efficient code in C++ (using templates, STL, and OOP) or Python (with a focus on testability and using OOP) on a Linux platform.
  • Strong software engineering skills. You should have a strong sense of how to distill application requirements into clean and testable APIs, and enjoy the craft of writing good software. Experience in deploying software at scale is a plus
  • Previous experience with machine learning such as familiarity with basic machine learning algorithms (e.g., linear regression, neural networks) and the math needed to discuss them (linear algebra, probability/statistics)
