Rishabh Singhal

Sr. Associate Builder

Rishabh Singhal is a builder at AI Fund, where he collaborates with entrepreneurs to rapidly prototype and launch new AI-powered companies in the venture studio. Drawing from his experience as both a founder and seasoned product leader, Rishabh works with founders through the critical early stages of company building, from identifying genuine market pain points to building nimble, scalable solutions.

Rishabh has built his career as an experienced product leader across several successful startups in the autonomous-driving and climate-tech spaces. His journey began with management consulting at Kearney and product analytics at Uber during its explosive growth phase, pre-IPO.

In the autonomous vehicle space, Rishabh was the first product hire at Kodiak Robotics, where he built the product organization and translated frontier research into a practical commercial offering. He later led product vision at ocean-sensing and EV-charging startups, helping global shippers slash emissions through data-driven logistics.

Building on this expertise, Rishabh founded Dialectic AI, a startup developing AI tools that empower individuals to identify misinformation by detecting biases and logical fallacies in news articles and social-media posts.

Rishabh’s philosophy on building companies centers on finding the intersection of genuine passion and real problems.

“Start with a problem you or someone you trust struggles with every day. When the pain is real and personal, solving it is the best place to begin,” he says.

Working alongside the AI Fund founders, Rishabh stresses the need for nimble, adaptable companies in today’s rapidly evolving AI landscape. “The companies we build must be structurally designed to accommodate change,” he says. “The saying ‘the only constant is change’ has never been truer.”

Rishabh holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering & operations research from UC Berkeley and served as a non-commissioned officer in Singapore’s Army. When he’s not prototyping with founders, you’ll find him tinkering with a Raspberry Pi, building an e-paper AI-art display, or a web app visualizing gratitude journals, always exploring fresh ways technology can improve our lives.
